Refund Policy – Sonny Angel Egypt

At Sonny Angel Egypt, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the collectible, surprise-blind box nature of our products, and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we have a strict no-refund policy once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

All returned items must be:

• Unopened and sealed in their original packaging
• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned within 7 days of receiving the order
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened blind boxes or capsules
• Products that show signs of use or handling
• Items not in their original packaging
• Change of mind or duplicate characters

This policy is in place to protect all customers and collectors, and to preserve the authenticity and mystery of the Sonny Angel experience. Since figures are randomly packed and blind-boxed by the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee or exchange specific characters once opened.
